Return and Refund Policy
At Cosmobel, we do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. However, if a product does not fully meet your expectations, you may return it to us under certain conditions. Below you will find all the details about how this process works.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. This can be done without giving any reason and without additional costs, as provided by law.
2. Conditions for Returns
To process a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

For hygiene reasons, products such as hair care items, cosmetics, or accessories that come into contact with skin or hair cannot be returned if they have been opened or tested.

After your request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your return. Items should be shipped to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrectly delivered item).
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will issue a refund of the purchase amount for the returned product(s) within 14 working days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
5. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
